A Tribute to Kayla J. Williams-Rawlinson
Dear friends, alumni, and professors,
Please join us in celebrating the life of Kayla Williams-Rawlinson (March 29, 1991 - November 25, 2023)
Kayla was a beloved 2015 graduate of Loma Linda University's M.S. Marriage and Family Therapy program, who truly embodied the concept of wholeness.
While excelling in her education, Kayla also valued enjoying life and creating cherished memories. Whether Kayla was with her local church community, appearing in commercials, entertainment roles on Wheel of Fortune, People’s Court, Workaholics, and Whitney Houston movie, or spending time with her classmates, friends, and family, she always made sure to take care of her spiritual, physical, mental, and educational needs.
In memory of Kayla, her classmates will be placing a bench in the courtyard at the School of Behavioral Health. This bench is to memorialize Kayla's legacy of promoting wholeness and will provide a space for gathering, unwinding, and forming lasting memories with others during their time at Loma Linda University.
FUNDING UPDATE:
Through the heartfelt kindness of those who knew Kayla, her memorial bench fund goal has been met! All proceeds that continue to be received through this memorial page will be put into the Marriage and Family Therapy Scholarship Fund in Kayla’s honor. This bench and scholarship funding will serve as a tribute to our beloved Kayla.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
